It has been said that one of the most valuable things you can leave your children is a well stocked library. However, a library of hundreds of books is not as valuable as you might think if you do not know what might be important and what might be fluff.
More valuable than a library, is having a mentor or someone with some years of experience that could glean through that library and make recommendations of the best books and the ones that should be mastered. This can be invaluable. It gives a younger person a chance to not waste time but tap into the best of the best.
Here is our list of 25 books to read in your 20s. Take a deep drink from them and learn from both current authors as well as those that have stood the test of time. Be mentored by the “sages of the ages through the pages.” Books are mentors that you can carry with you anywhere.
Who we become in large part is based upon what books we read and who are friends are. Here are some books that will make a difference.
